Return Process

  Carefully repackage your furniture in its original box, ensuring all protective padding is in place to prevent damage during transit.

  Choose between dropping off smaller parcels at a local collection point or scheduling a home pickup for larger furniture pieces through our courier partner.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
